Reservation Policy

Our reservation policy is as follows:

  • Reservations can be made through our website and can be secured using all major U.S. credit cards, bank cards and Pay Pal.
  • Check in is at 4:00 pm.
  • Check out is at 11:00 am (Note: guests who check out later than 11:00 am without authorization will be charged $50.00 per hour for each additional hour they stay).
  • A $200 security deposit is required upon booking. This security deposit is refundable and will be issued back to you after inspecting the cabin for damages after your stay. 
  • Cabin and Hot Tub cleaning fees are required upon booking and are not refundable. 
  • Pets are welcome, but there will be an extra fee of $150 (per pet, non-refundable).
  • Any stolen or vandalized property will be YOUR responsibility. If something ends up stolen or vandalized we will take action for the items that were lost.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days before the check in date for a full refund. (Holidays Excluded) 
  • Guests will not be issued a refund if they cancel their reservation less than 30 days from the check in date.
